10. Elisa Pavlova Products
10.1 Craftsmanship
All Elisa Pavlova garments are meticulously handcrafted. Each creation reflects the soul of Haute Couture, achievable only through artisanal techniques.
10.2 Product Categories
Elisa Pavlova offers three product categories:
Ready-Made
Handmade pieces available in limited stock (sizes S, M, L), ready for immediate shipment upon payment confirmation.
Pre-Made
Handmade dresses produced according to the client’s measurements without design alterations.
Customized Couture
Fully bespoke creations tailored to the client’s measurements and personal preferences, developed in collaboration with an Elisa Pavlova designer.
All transparent dresses include a detachable lining skirt, available in long or short length and in nude or matching tones.
Please note: Due to the nature of handcrafted detailing, some dresses may include metallic or structured elements and should be worn with care.
10.3 Quality Control
Each garment undergoes continuous inspection throughout production and is thoroughly reviewed by the Head of Quality Control prior to completion.
10.4 Production Time
Standard production time is up to 30 days.
For larger sizes, recreations, or highly detailed couture pieces, production may take up to 10 weeks.
Customers will be notified upon completion. Production timelines listed on individual product pages must always be reviewed prior to purchase.
10.5 Order Confirmation & Shipment
Once production is complete, you will receive an email notification. Additional confirmations (photos, videos, or video calls) may be provided upon request. Shipment will proceed only after final client approval.
10.6 Variations
Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Minor design differences may also appear due to the handmade nature of each piece.
10.7 Measurements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements according to our guidelines. Significant changes between order placement and delivery may affect fit.
10.8 Fabric Considerations
Elisa Pavlova reserves the right to adjust measurements based on fabric properties (stretch vs. non-stretch) to ensure optimal fit.
10.9 Payment Confirmation
Bank processing time is not included in the production timeline. Any additional customization or special requests will incur additional charges.
